Remodeling Without the Headache

Home remodels continue to revolve around the kitchen and bathrooms.  Some of our clients purchase homes and then remodel the entire home.  For 20l6 and 20l7, we have completed multiple homes that we provided the design concept and implemented the remodeling for the kitchen and bath as well as the furnishings, rugs, and window treatments.  The details are taken care of by our turn key design firm.  The housing market has increased for the sale of new homes, but we certainly see the trending of remodeling in the high numbers.    You might have taken the measurements and threw up your hands in frustration, now let us figure out the possibilities.

The first thing we ask our clients is, What’s your style?  For bathrooms, it is the first place you start your mornings and unwind after a long day, so we try to make it the bathroom with everything you want it to be.   Popular styles that are trending are Polished Modern, Natural, Traditional, Transitional, Mid Century, clean and white.  Other things to consider are free standing tub, large shower with multiple back sprayers, color of plumbing fixtures, cabinet style and colors, mirrors, lighting, hardware and tile.  There are so many decisions to be made.    Clients hire us because we offer turn-key remodeling and take the burden off them.  We pull a good look together for you to select from.  We show you a few choices of all the elements involved and then the canvas begins.  We also show you a rendering which allows you to see the concept of what is about to happen.

For your kitchen, whether you’re starting-from-scratch or making a few updates, your functional kitchen starts right here.  Cabinet style and color, light fixtures, appliances, countertops, tile, and flooring are all important decisions.   The help of a designer for the layout and floor plan are beneficial to making important long-term decisions.

The sink and or sinks are an important aspect of your new design.  What kind of faucet–modern, shiny, clean line or old-world bridge type?   These are important decisions, keep functionality in mind every step of the way.  Kitchens are central to today’s families, they are places to gather and to share memories.
